Harboured Resentment Podcast

Anonymous stories. Human Ridiculousness, Cocktail-worthy conversations

Best served cold

Welcome to the Harboured Resentment Podcast - the place where everyday chaos, quiet frustrations and 'you actually couldn't make this stuff up' moments become stories, conversations and cocktails.

This is where we unpack the ridiculous parts of being human.

  • The meetings that should have been emails

  • The passive-aggressive messages

  • The family comments that live rent-free in your head

  • The friendship fallouts

  • The dating dramas

  • The workplace moments that made you question your remaining patience

  • The small frustrations, big feelings and slow-burning stories we all carry but rarely say out loud.

Hear the chaos behind the brand

Harboured Resentment started as many good ideas do, with a group of colleagues reflecting, debriefing and laughing about the messy parts of life, work and the people we encounter along the way.

Because sometimes the only way to survive life’s ridiculous moments is to turn them into something funny.

The podcast is where that idea comes to life.

Each episode explores real stories, anonymous confessions and cocktail-worthy conversations about the moments that nearly broke us, baffled us, annoyed us or made us say, “That deserves a drink.”

  • Some stories are petty.

  • Some are painful.

  • Some are wildly unreasonable.

  • Some are deeply relatable.

  • And some are so absurd they deserve their own garnish.
